Our experienced team can advise you on whether planning consent is required, what is likely to gain consent, submit the application(s) on your behalf and deal with any follow-up queries.

We can advise on how best to deal with party wall matters depending on the type of development usually a very simple agreement can be achieved. Should you need further help we will recommend a professional party wall surveyor to act on your behalf.

We pay close attention to the service they provide and are confident they will provide an equally professional service for you. We also offer a service that provides a full breakdown of all the materials that are required for your project; this can be particularly useful when judging quotes from different builders.

Scaled Architectural Drawings

We can provide accurate scaled drawings for any number of situations from securing land registry approval to dealing with leasehold agreements for residential or commercial situations. See our gallery for examples of our work.

 

Planning Appeals

Planning applications do not always provide the right answer from the local authority but there is an excellent service available to everyone to test your case before an independent planning inspector. We will guide you through this service and submit on your behalf the necessary paperwork that will allow an independent decision to be made based on the application to the planning department.

 

3D Designs

Sometimes your plans can benefit from a 3D design of the internal or external features of the project this could be to help you understand the finished look or for marketing purposes.
