PLANNING

Our builder has a long standing work relationship with Martin and introduced us to him. We wanted to extend our home for our growing family but also maximise the return on our investment and increase the value of our house for the future. We found Martin to be extremely competent as he drew up our plans quickly and accurately, and offered ideas and suggestions we had not thought of ourselves. Martin has experience and contacts with the local council so was able to guide us in what is acceptable and likely to get planning permission approval. During our first build, when a couple of unexpected problems cropped up with a utility company, Martin was on hand to give advice and help. We were so impressed with Martin’s work on our first extension that we are now using him to draw up plans for our second!
